I've been a member since the business started. The staff are very polite and friendly…They have a cool way to motivate by giving away T-shirts if you reach a certain goal like a certain number of kilomtres on the bike or a certain number of sessions. Workouts are a mix of cardio and strength with high-intensity interval style and active rests. It's challenging and fun. If you're looking for variety, conditioning, endurance, overall health, core strength, and overall fitness, it's a great studio.

I love this community and this workout. Since I started working out at Basecamp in Edina, I have finally found a place that feels right. Each workout is different and challenging mentally and physically! When you think you’re finally done, then there’s an ab workout! LOL, come to a session and you’ll see what I mean! I highly recommend using your Apple Watch to connect to their virtual community and point tracking system. I love the functional training on the floor and heart rate bump on the bike, it’s a great way to get a 500 calorie workout in 45 minutes while building muscle at the same time. The coaches and staff are so friendly and create such an inclusive atmosphere where anyone will feel like an elite athlete!

Hi! I started here in 2021, while we were still in the middle of a global pandemic. Like many people, I had put on more than a few extra pounds and was pretty unhappy with how I looked and felt. Before coming here I had pretty much no experience with group fitness classes, strength training, and was a novice at anything and everything. I didn’t even know how to do a burpee! The instructors including Zak, helped create a safe, judgment free zone, that I wasn't expecting, while teaching me proper form and technique.
