Promoter
This promotion is being run by CWG SH 1 Pty Ltd (ACN 616 507 236) (‘Promoter’).
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 27 February 2024 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 18 March 2024 (‘Promotional Period’).
Eligibility
A person is eligible to enter this promotion if they: are 16 years old or older; and complete 15 or more classes at SUMHIIT Crows Nest during the Promotion Period; and pay the Feb Fire Challenge 2024 entry fee according to their membership status, namely:
- Non-member: $150.00;
- Hike & Climb members: $50.00;
- Expedition members: $0.00.
(Collectively ‘Participants’)
Management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter who are directly involved in the management of the Promotion (and their Immediate Families) or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate Families means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
How to enter
- To enter, Participants must complete and submit to the Promoter the Challenge Form via the SUMHIIT website at https://www.sumhiit.com/pricing/sydney-crows-nest or in Studio.
- Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible, or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
- Participants can only enter the Promotion in their own name. Participants who provide incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and all entries of that Participant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, may be deemed invalid.
The Prize
- The prize is a $300 Rimba Sweat Voucher and a $200 Digital Visa Gift Card (‘Prize).
- The Prize value is in Australian dollars and is inclusive of any GST.
- The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken for cash.
- The Digital Visa Gift Card component of the Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the Digital Visa Gift Card (https://card.gift/page/terms-and-conditions).
Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected by the Promoter at its sole discretion.
- The winner will be drawn on or before 23 March 2024 by the Promoter.
- The Promoter will announce the winner via the SUMHIIT Crows Nest Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/SUMHIITCrowsNest/.
- The winner will be required to verify their identity and provide proof of age prior to receiving their Prize, which requires providing Personal Information Identification for verification.
- Personal Information collected from the Promoter of the winner and any other Participant will be used solely for the purpose of the Promotion and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable data protection laws.
Notification
- The winner will be notified by email within 7 days from the draw.
- If the winner does not respond to the private message within 14 days to claim the Prize, the Prize may be forfeited, and another winner shall be selected.
- The Prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated email address after validation and acceptance of Prize.
- Any Personal Information collected will be collected, handled, and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will only be used for the purpose of the Promotion. Any information not required and following the Promotion Period will be deleted.
Publicity
- The winner may be required to participate in publicity associated with the Promotion.
Privacy
Limitation of Liability
- The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or liability arising from the Promotion or use of the Prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions of computer online systems, servers, or providers, or any failure of emails or any Participant’s entry to be received on account of technical problems on the Internet or software utilised by the Promoter.
Amendments
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Promoter is based being New South Wales.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
- Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
