Hop on the air bike and give it your all for 60 seconds. The more you push it, the more heart-pumping, calorie burning rewards are yours.
1 MIN STRENGTH
Next, hop on the floor and power up with a mix of strength-building, muscle-toning weights, kettle bells, TRX, medicine balls and body weight exercises.
A cool down sounds easy, and we don’t do easy. Instead, you’ll wrap things up with ten minutes of stretching and core work that tightens your abs and clears your mind.
