SUMHIIT Fitness provides services in connection with gymnasium, fitness classes and physical services (‘Services’).
The ‘Train Free until 2024’ promotion (‘Promotion’) offers new members of SUMHIIT Fitness with the ability to use its Services without charge until 8 January 2024.
By proceeding to use the Services offered by SUMHIIT Fitness, you (the ‘Member’) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period
The Promotion will commence from 12:00AM Monday 18 December 2023 and conclude on 11:59PM Sunday 31 December 2023 (‘Promotional Period’).
Eligibility
This Promotion is exclusive to individuals who are not current members of SUMHIIT Fitness as at the start date and time of the Promotion.
Members must be at least 18 years of age of older. Minors aged 16 and above may participate if Minor Special Conditions are met (Photo ID to be provided and Parental/Guardian permission required).
Members must complete the standard membership application process and agree to these Terms and Conditions at the time of their membership application.
Membership Fees and Payments
No membership fees will be charged for the duration of the Promotional Period.
From 8 January 2024, enrolled members under this Promotion will be billed in accordance with the standard membership fees and as applicable pursuant to the membership agreement entered by the member.
Payment methods and terms will be outlined in the Membership Agreement.
Cancellation
Members may elect to cancel their membership at any time and cancellations must be done in accordance with the terms and conditions of the membership agreement.
To avoid membership fees from 8 January 2024, a written cancellation notice must be submitted to SUMHIIT Fitness by 22 January 2024. Please note that membership fees will be charged from 22 January 2024 should written cancellation notice not be provided by the Member prior.
Restrictions and Limitations
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts and has no cash value nor can be redeemable for cash. SUMHIIT Fitness reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at its sole discretion.
Liability and Indemnification
Members agree to use SUMHIIT Fitness Services at their own risk and SUMHIIT Fitness is not liable for any injuries or damages arising from participation in the Promotion.
Privacy
By participating in the Promotion, the Member agrees to the collection, storage, and use of their Personal Information in accordance with SUMHIIT Fitness’ Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.sumhiit.com/au/legal/privacy-notice
Governing Laws
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Acceptance
By participating in the Promotion, the Member agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Disputes regarding the Promotion will be resolved by SUMHIIT Fitness at its sole discretion.
