What should I expect at my first SUMHIIT Fitness Class?
At your first 35-minute SUMHIIT Fitness class, expect a fast-paced mix of cardio on the air bike and functional strength training. Led by an energetic coach, you'll push through intervals of exercises like kettlebell swings and burpees, finishing with optional core and recovery time.
How long are SUMHIIT Fitness classes?
SUMHIIT Fitness classes are 35 minutes long, combining 60-second intervals of high-intensity cardio and strength training. The workout is split 50/50 between the air bike for cardio and floor exercises.
How many calories do you burn in a SUMHIIT Fitness class?
You can burn anywhere from 400-600 calories, depending on your effort level, fitness experience, and body type. The combination of intense cardio and strength training ensures a high calorie burn during the workout and continues burning even after you’ve finished.
Is SUMHIIT Fitness good for beginners?

How many HIIT workouts should I take each week?
